This position will provide database support (model changes, triggers, stored procedures, ad-hoc reporting) for a large-scale web application.
In addition, this position will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues with daily data feeds to other systems.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly and thoroughly understand documented business rules. She/He will be expected to resolve critical issues in a timely manner, as specified by the established Service Level Agreement for application support.

Our client needs an Oracle 8i/9i DBA candidate that has RAC (Real Application Clusters) experience and has supported hosted environments.
Some amount of PL/SQL experince and UNIS Shell scripting will help.
