  1. Network Security Analyst : Job Description:

    - Require network infrastructure consultant and project manager for
    consolidation initiatives, Network Security, WAN upgrades
    - Will be required to support Cisco infrastructure technical operations
    - 3+ Years in Cisco Network Infrastructure Management
    - Managed large Cisco networks and upgrade & transition projects
    - 3+ Years in Network Security Management
    - Experience in Network Security including remote access and intrusion
    detection

  2. AVVID : Field Engineers perform complex multi-vendor designs, reviews, and integrations. The engineers primary responsibility is to complete staging tasks involving hardware and software troubleshooting scenarios, assembly of complex networking components, frame relay, voip, and advanced network configuration staging. Working knowledge of network topologies for isp, dns, ip addressing/subnetting, routing, bgp, ospf, cidr, internet technologies, radius, frame relay, point to point – t1”s, ds3”s. This engineer will be responsible for the preconfiguration of Cisco’s AVVID solutions in a lab environment. This includes loading software, required upgrades and patches per the Cisco web site, dial plan information based on a set of standards developed within the lab, and phone user information gathered from end customers. This individual will also be responsible for integrating and testing data gear associated with each order. Such gear can include, but is not limited to, Cisco inline-power switches and gateway routers.

  3. Cisco ICM Script Developer : Experienced Cisco ICM script developer for Cisco ICM version 4.6.2 or
    higher.
    . Minimum 3 years experience with intelligent call routing (Cisco or
    Genesys).
    . Familiar with Telephony system design, IVR, CTI, PBX, ACD, Carrier
    Connectivity, Transport, Switches, TCP/IP, T1/T3.
    . Avaya, Nortel Meridian and Symposium, and Aspect switch programming a
    plus.

    Primary responsibilities will be routing script development and switch
    configuration in a complex routing environment. Tasks are related to
    standing up new customer relations agent groups and replacing existing
    switch infrastructure. On-call production support on a rotating basis
    (1 week per month) is a responsibility of this position.

    higher.

  4. Sr.Network Administrator : This position is responsible for providing advanced WAN/IP engineering design and hands-on implementation expertise within the UnitedHealth Group Data Network Services domain; candidate will lead design, deployment configuration/support of the enterprise WAN.

    -Responsible for network design, hands-on implementation/configuration, and troubleshooting of the WAN infrastructure.
    -Analysis, design, testing, documentation, implementation/configuration and support of new enterprise-wide network technologies.
    -Perform network architecture reviews and develop detailed engineering designs and deployment plans
    -Provide 3rd level support for data WAN
    -Optimize WAN services to achieve enhancements in performance and availability while simultaneously achieving cost reductions
    -Analyze and recommend contemporary and emerging technologies for deployment across business units and enterprise UHG including but not limited to: voice/data convergence, QoS, network consolidation, access integration, and VPN

  5. Network Administrator/Engineer : Second Shift Position in the Wintel Server Support group.
    Carry and respond to Unit On-Call Pager off shift.

    Required Skills: Perform Level 2 & Level 3 NT/Win2k/WIN2k3 server problem resolution coordinating with Help Desks, Service Vendors, and Local IS staff.
    Must have experience with Remote Management of Windows NT 4.0,2000 or 2003 servers using Compaq Insight Manager,
